Usually in summer seasons our body suffers a lot due to the radiations emitted by the sun. The first thing which gets affect is our skin. So it is our duty to take care of our skin. Here is a set of  steps to be followed to protect our skin during  summer season:

DEHYDRATE PROPERLY: 
Drink plenty of water and stay always hydrated . since water has the property of  removing waste materials from our body and keeps us cool.


EAT HEALTHY: Always maintain proper diet. Mostly avoid junk foods and make yourself comfortable with homemade items and fresh fruits.

NOURISING THE SKINA protein mask help to nourish your skin. Soak a teaspoon of urad dal and 7-8 almonds overnight. Grind this to a fine paste  and apply this protein mask on face and wash it off after an hour. This mask nourishes the facial skin and also enhances the complexion.




SUNSCREEN: Always use sunscreen while going out in the sun and use it  with SPF 30+ . and always wear hat or caps while going out.

AVOID MAKEUPS : DOnt use makeups because it will make your skin dry.
